- Cancellation & Charges
Full cancellation fees will apply to any booking cancelled within eight weeks prior to departure. If you need to make a change to an existing booking, charges incurred will correspond with those imposed by the airlines & hotels involved.
All deposits are non-refundable. Flights must be paid in full by Polari Travel at the time of booking so if your deposit paid does not cover the full cost of your flights you will be liable to pay the balance of the flight costs.
- Travel Insurance
We can book travel insurance for you. This can be added to your final balance when due.
